About Daniela Caravella Artist

Born in Cairns of Italian heritage, it could be said I was blessed with inheriting my mothers genes.

My grandmother was a gifted artist in her own right who specialized in oils.

 

Being a self taught artist I have never gone for a particular style or "signature" instead using my own personal experience, passions and sheer simplicity of making the most of my surroundings, whether it be through the use of various textures, both natural and manufactured, or by gaining inspiration from scenery, culture and architechture.
